PraxisAuril is the UK's professional association for Knowledge Exchange (KE) practitioners, spanning universities, private and public sector research organizations. They are dedicated to managing IP commercialization, collaboration, and other types of engagement between researchers and external organizations to drive social and economic impact through innovation and enhanced productivity and skills. With a global reach and a network including 4000+ active KE practitioners from over 182 member organizations, PraxisAuril works closely with key sector stakeholders, industry service providers, and business representatives.

Their mission is to Develop, Promote, and Connect their members and their work, ensuring that the UK's world-leading research base contributes to economic, social, and creative impact. PraxisAuril provides a nationally recognized training program, attracting widespread admiration for its quality content and expert practitioners. They have trained over 5,300 KE practitioners from 40 countries, including China.

As a founding member of the Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals, PraxisAuril plays a crucial role in driving global professional standards and recognition through RTTP accreditation. Plus, as a not-for-profit organization, PraxisAuril reinvests its income from membership fees, training courses, conferences, and other services and events into strategic projects and initiatives that benefit the Knowledge Exchange community
