Pray As You Go is a free guided-prayer service from Jesuits in Britain, created to help people make space for prayer in everyday life. A new audio session is produced each day, offering a framework for personal reflection rather than a sermon, Bible study or “Thought for the Day.” Sessions typically last around ten to thirteen minutes and combine music, scripture and reflective questions.
