About Pet Resource Center of Kansas City
Pet Resource Center of Kansas City is a nonprofit clinic that has been dedicated to helping animals since 2002. With a mission to decrease pet homelessness, increase pet retention, and improve the quality of life for pets, they offer a wide range of services to economically disadvantaged families who love their pets. These services include spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, urgent and dental care, as well as a pet food pantry and parasite treatment and prevention.
The center also conducts outreach in the community to provide resources, information, and support to pet owners. Operating with the support of the community, they are able to see and help over 200 pets per day, providing care that many pets would not receive elsewhere. By donating or volunteering, you can help them continue their mission of keeping pets off the streets and in loving homes.
The center is located at 1116 E. 59th Street, Kansas City, MO, and is open from 8AM to 4PM Monday through Friday
