Precious Little Sleep is a brand founded by Alexis Dubief, a renowned author and expert in baby sleep. With years of experience, research, and working with families, Alexis has developed a deep understanding of the challenges parents face when it comes to their baby's sleep. She believes that helping your little one get healthy sleep shouldn't be a full-time job and that all families deserve to thrive on healthy sleep.

Precious Little Sleep offers a comprehensive resource on kids and sleep through their book, which is funny, accessible, evidence-based, and filled with practical tactics for tired parents. Alexis has distilled her knowledge into this resource, providing parents with up-to-date advice and cutting through the clutter of outdated information. In addition to the book, Precious Little Sleep provides various services, including a Baby Sleep Club, a podcast, and an informative blog.

These platforms offer tips, information, and support to help parents navigate the challenges of sleep. Whether you're a new parent seeking guidance or an experienced one looking for solutions, Precious Little Sleep is here to empower you with the knowledge and tools to improve your baby's sleep
