Preflight

Preflight is an email quality assurance platform from Preflight Software Ltd., designed for developers and marketing teams preparing production emails. It brings rendering previews, accessibility findings, content checks, and delivery signals into one workflow, helping teams identify issues before sending. Users can submit an email through their email service provider, upload HTML, or capture an in-progress draft with the browser extension. The extension supports local HTML files and builders including Beefree, Brevo, Customer.io, Klaviyo, and Resend.

Preflight provides screenshots across email clients and devices, including forced dark mode views, along with checks for issues such as missing alt text and weak contrast. Its delivery auditing reviews authentication, reputation, spam, and performance signals. Teams can also use email journey testing, API access, shareable review links, and collaboration features. The service offers a 14-day free trial and a monthly plan with 650 screenshot credits and one user included. Additional users and screenshot bundles are available for an extra monthly charge. Preflight supports English and Spanish and provides email-based customer support.
