PREMIEREPEAU is an independent French perfume house creating distinctive extrait de parfums, composed in Paris and packaged in the Oise. Its collection features seven 20% extrait compositions developed by four perfumers: Claire Liégent, Ugo Charron, Grégoire Balleydier and Florian Gallo. The fragrances combine contrasting materials and unexpected accords, ranging from saffron, spun sugar and vanilla to white truffle, India ink, rose, iris, jasmine, leather and mineral citrus.
The house presents its work as slow perfumery, using artisan production and a maceration period of at least six weeks, sometimes extending to six months, refined through an ultrasonic VIBRAGE process. Its perfumes are offered in full-size bottles, alongside a discovery set containing seven 2 ml vials, designed for sampling one fragrance each day before choosing a bottle. The house also describes its flacons as mouth-blown glass, with suspended twin gourds and a magnetically closing cap.
