Premium Braterei

Klein’s Premium Braterei is a German provider of gourmet grilling experiences, tastings and workshops, focused on quality meat and sharing practical knowledge about its origins, maturation and preparation. Led by owner Ansgar Klein, a master butcher and certified meat sommelier, the team serves private customers, businesses and food professionals. Its services include tailored grill and dining events at clients’ homes or chosen venues, with help selecting a location. Event formats range from celebrations and corporate gatherings to themed evenings inspired by regional and international cuisines, wine, beer, poultry, seafood and open-fire cooking.

The brand also hosts steak tastings featuring beef, pork, lamb, game and poultry from local, regional and international sources. Guests can compare dry-aged, wet-aged and tallow-aged meat, explore different breeds and feeding methods, and sample specialty cuts. Practical courses cover grilling, meat aging, butchery and sausage making. Klein’s Premium Braterei also offers workshops for hunters and hunting groups, focusing on skilled processing, adding value to game, and preparing it on the grill or stove.
