Led by Sam, a qualified mind coach and anxiety specialist, the brand offers mental skills coaching for equestrians, from beginners to professional competitors. Its approach focuses on training the mind alongside the body, helping clients manage nerves, anxiety, fear of falling, negative past experiences and pressure in competition.

Services include an online course and tailored coaching, with practical techniques designed to build confidence, improve focus and support more controlled performance. The coaching also aims to strengthen the rider’s relationship with their horse and help clients feel safer and more at ease in the saddle. Sam has worked with riders across disciplines, including showjumping, eventing and dressage, and serves as mind coach to the Royal Navy Equestrian Team. Prepare to Win reports having supported more than 350 clients.
