Preppito is an AI-powered interview preparation platform designed to help employers prepare candidates and make hiring conversations more effective. Its voice-based AI creates realistic, role-specific practice interviews informed by the job description and a candidate’s CV. Employers can build reusable interview presets with tailored questions, evaluation criteria, scoring rubrics and tone, then invite candidates to practise through a shared workspace with deadlines and automatic reminders.

Candidates begin with a private warm-up and can practise independently, receive actionable feedback and retake interviews, including adaptive sessions focused on areas for improvement. Reports include an overall score, a six-criterion scorecard, feedback on individual answers and a transcript. Preppito provides recruiters with readiness signals and practice histories, helping them focus final preparation conversations on candidates’ needs rather than reviewing transcripts alone. Candidates control what is shared, and transcripts provided to reviewers have direct identifiers removed. The platform supports English and Dutch interviews, with AI conversations that respond to candidates’ answers.
