Since 2018, we have already invested $500 million in our strategies, and we're only just getting started. Recognizing that the energy transition relies on fossil fuels, we understand that significant production will be necessary until at least 2050. As per the IEA's roadmap, the United States must produce a minimum of 8 million barrels of oil equivalent per day to support this transition.

However, rather than focusing solely on increasing production, our pioneering approach involves managing production decline in line with the roadmap's goals. We have successfully executed our mission, developing systems and proprietary technology to manage the energy transition at scale. By optimizing emissions on existing assets, we aim to prevent approximately 2.

5 million tons of CO2e by 2030. Our impact is evident through deploying $500 million to acquire interests in over 6,000 oil and gas wells. Additionally, we have achieved a significant milestone by issuing the industry-first investment grade, sustainability-linked bonds.

Founded in 2017 by Will Ulrich and Chris Hammack, Presidio has progressively expanded, with notable acquisitions and groundbreaking achievements. Looking ahead to 2030, our vision is to acquire an additional 200,000 oil and gas wells, working towards preventing 50 million tons of CO2e emissions.
