PresLeigh Designs is a full-service interior design studio serving homeowners in Fort Mill and Rock Hill, South Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; and surrounding communities, including Ballantyne, Mint Hill, Indian Land, and Waxhaw. Led by designer Shana Shivel, the studio creates refined, functional spaces that reflect each client’s lifestyle and personal preferences. Shana’s specialty is Modern Southern design, while the broader goal is to make homes feel welcoming, comfortable, and truly personal.

PresLeigh Designs supports projects ranging from individual rooms to whole-home remodeling and new construction. Its services include residential interior design, space planning, furniture and lighting selection, decor, paint consultations, and shopping assistance. Clients can choose comprehensive project support, from initial concepts through remodeling completion, or à la carte guidance for a do-it-yourself project. The team can also coordinate with general contractors and draws on relationships with trusted manufacturers, local craftsmen, makers, and artisans to help bring custom design ideas to life.
