Prestige Fitness Corfu is a fitness and personal training business focused on helping clients build strength, improve overall fitness, and work towards their individual goals. Based in Corfu, it is led by trainers Nick Andriotis and Maria Grammenou, whose backgrounds include personal training, martial arts, football, and fitness instruction. Their approach emphasizes research-based knowledge, consistent effort, and personal commitment rather than quick fixes.

Services include personal training, tailored fitness programmes, spinning instruction, and support for goals such as weight loss, muscle development, speed, agility, and improved sporting performance. Clients can also train in pairs. The team offers martial arts and self-defence instruction, drawing on experience in Wado Ryu karate, Krav Maga, Jeet Kune Do, boxing, and mixed martial arts. Its self-defence training combines techniques from different disciplines to prepare clients for real-world situations.

Prestige Fitness Corfu aims to help people feel confident and capable while developing skills they can continue using beyond their sessions.
