PREVDEV is a Moroccan startup that specializes in developing innovative solutions for reducing the impact of floods and flooding on critical infrastructure such as roads. In response to the annual challenges posed by flooding in Morocco, PREVDEV has launched two innovative solutions. SMART MONITOR provides intelligent monitoring of flood-prone roads using connected beacons installed at critical points. These beacons emit signals when water levels rise, alerting security personnel via mobile devices. INDAR, on the other hand, is an intelligent early warning platform for floods, offering predictive alerts and virtual simulation capabilities for water flow and potential overflow. INDAR has been recognized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and has received support from the Swiss Government and CCG's INNOV INVESTV fund. It was also selected to participate in the Web Summit in Portugal.
