PREVCAPI

PREVCAPI, or Previdencia Capoeira Integralizada, is a São Paulo-based organization founded on June 10, 2016, by capoeira master and legal professional Geraldo Pereira de Santana. Drawing on its founder’s experience in social security law and longstanding involvement in capoeira, the organization brings together initiatives related to capoeira, its practitioners, and community support. Its website provides registration information, regulations, forms, news, and details about the organization’s leadership.

Featured programs and topics include the Benefício Vitalício da Capoeira, a worldwide capoeira census, awards, and initiatives recognizing capoeira masters and women practitioners. PREVCAPI also invites donations, including monthly contributions and donations associated with occasions such as Mother’s Day, Women’s Day, and Father’s Day. The site highlights capoeira figures and groups, including Mestre Boca Rica and Mestre Rui Charuto, and references the IICA and the Velha Guarda.

Based in the Campo Belo area of São Paulo, PREVCAPI offers an online point of contact for people seeking information, registration materials, or ways to support its capoeira-related activities
