PRGdb is a comprehensive and dynamic online database focused on Pathogen Receptor Genes (PRGs) relevant to plant disease resistance. Designed for researchers and scientists in the field, PRGdb provides extensive curated information on a wide range of genes associated with plant resistance mechanisms. Covering over 180 species, it offers tools for gene annotation and analysis, including the DRAGO 3 software for proteomic study.
