Pride Connection is an international business network with a presence in multiple countries in the region, including Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Brazil, and Panama. It brings together over 150 inclusive companies that share, strengthen, and promote best practices focused on LGBTQ+ inclusion. The network aims to create inclusive and diverse work environments, attract and retain talent, and highlight the value of diversity.

It also aims to build a network of contacts and allies who understand and support diversity, promote diversity and inclusion from the executive level, and unite the efforts and values of each corporation towards the LGBT community and its Allies.
