Welcome to PrideLab's LinkedIn page! 🌈 Founded in 2013 and registered as a society in Hong Kong, PrideLab is an LGBT+ community organisation that uses art as its voice and action as its power. We are dedicated to eliminating the stigma and discrimination faced by LGBT+ people, and to advancing gender equality in Hong Kong. Rooted in Hong Kong and connected to both local and international LGBT+ communities, we work through artistic creation, public education, and advocacy to challenge misconceptions about LGBT+ people and foster cross-community dialogue. We also offer bespoke Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training for corporations, academic institutions, and NGOs. Through multimedia, we spark conversations and reflections on Hong Kong’s gender and sexuality landscape. We use creativity to drive change — archiving the LGBT+ movement, raising the visibility of gender and sexual minorities, and inviting society to see the diversity of our lives. PrideLab is not only an advocate, but a cultural producer and an agent of systemic change. While our scope has expanded over the years, our core remains steadfast: true change begins with creativity and is sustained through collective action. #BeTheChange — This is our commitment to co-creating a gender-equal Hong Kong where every individual can live with freedom, authenticity, and dignity.
