Pride of Tampa is a dedicated nonprofit organization that champions the LGBTQ+ community in Tampa Bay, emphasizing the importance of safe and inclusive spaces for celebration and connection. Founded when a gap in local Pride programming was identified, it unites community leaders, advocates, and volunteers committed to fostering vibrant experiences year-round. The mission of Pride of Tampa focuses on creating joyful environments where LGBTQ+ individuals can thrive and feel celebrated not just during Pride season but throughout the year.

The organization facilitates a range of initiatives, including inclusive festivals and community events, mental health and wellness programs, and advocacy efforts aimed at advancing equality. Pride of Tampa also supports trans and gender-expansive individuals, promotes sexual health resources, and collaborates with local artists and small businesses to bolster LGBTQ+-owned enterprises. Rooted in transparency and sustainability, Pride of Tampa continues to empower the community through continuously evolving programs and partnerships that enhance visibility and support for all members of the LGBTQ+ community.
