– Pride Rods

Pride Rods is an American fishing-rod brand founded by Billy Kistler, whose experience in the industry includes creating AllStar Rods, founding CastAway Rods, and serving as a sales executive for another rod company. Drawing on a lifelong passion for fishing and rod building, Kistler established Pride Rods to return to the work he loves. The brand’s name reflects both pride in its products and its identity as an American company.

Pride Rods offers a broad range of fishing rods, including Weekend, Competition, Advance, Advance Cranking, Specialty, Extreme, Feather, and Glide/Swimbait series. The company also sells apparel such as hats, shirts, beanies, and fleece-lined beanies, along with boat carpet and other decals and gift cards. Several rod collections include a complimentary Evolv Pride Rod Sleeve. Customers can browse products online and find dealer information, as well as details about warranty and replacement policies. Customer feedback highlights the rods’ feel, sensitivity, performance, and quality, alongside attentive service, including help selecting a rod for its intended use.
