Prikkle Academy is a social enterprise in Nigeria that is dedicated to creating rural innovation hubs to inspire and empower youth to connect and create community solutions. They offer a range of programs and services that aim to transform ideas, gifts, skills, and knowledge into actionable projects. At Prikkle Academy, they believe in open-source and personalized education that encourages collaboration and peer-to-peer learning.

Participants are given the freedom to identify social challenges within their communities and are provided with the tools and support to create innovative solutions. Through asset-based and design thinking training, Prikkle Academy helps youth uncover their strengths and mobilize local resources to tackle social problems. Since 2016, Prikkle Academy has directly inspired over 3000 children and youth through alternative education, empowering them to become community builders and play a critical role in national development.

They offer programs such as the Collaborative Community bootcamp, the Innovative Classroom for in-school students, and the Grassroots Makerspace for physical or virtual collaboration.
