The Primacy Collegiate Academy in Taipei has been serving as a learning community since 2002, providing quality Christian education for students and families seeking global university admissions opportunities. Initially known as the Adventist College Preparatory Center (ACPC), it offered part-time English language tutoring and college-placement assistance for students interested in attending English-speaking universities. As the student population grew, ACPC integrated English-language training into its American Curriculum high school classes.

In 2005, the academy had its first graduates and assisted several students with university placement. It then changed its name to Taipei Adventist Preparatory Academy (TAPA) and achieved accreditation in 2009. Under the leadership of former Chairman Steven Adams, TAPA implemented programs designed to give students an advantage in university placement, drawing from Adams' experience as a university professor in the USA and his involvement in various university admissions committees.

Today, The Primacy Collegiate Academy continues to offer a range of academic programs, including Open High Classes, an English Fluency Program, and an AP® Program. With a focus on preparing students for success, they also provide SAT testing center services and offer comprehensive forms and documents for students and parents.
