About Primavera Avocados
Primavera Avocados has been a trusted brand in the avocado industry since its establishment in 1979. With a rich agricultural heritage dating back to the early 20th century, the Romero family has been passionately growing avocados in Ventura County. Farmer Paul Romero's childhood fascination with avocados, nurtured by the incredible avocados grown in his aunt's backyard, led him to pursue a degree in fruit science from California Polytechnic State University.
After years of hands-on farming experience, perseverance, and love for the land, Primavera Avocados was born. Today, Paul and his wife Alice oversee the farm operations, while their children manage the direct-to-consumer program. The brand takes pride in cultivating healthy and sustainably grown avocado trees, ensuring that only superior avocados reach their customers.
