About Primavera Musical a Vistabella
Primavera Musical Vistabella is a concert series bringing music and cultural heritage together in the Church of the Sacred Heart in Vistabella, in the municipality of La Secuita, Tarragona. Founded in May 2018, the initiative presents intimate, small-format performances in a modernist church designed by architect J. M. Jujol, whose setting and excellent acoustics suit chamber music. Its programming aims to offer artistic quality while respecting the scale and character of the venue, and has been warmly received by audiences and performers.
The 2026 edition is the ninth and is associated with the anniversary of the church’s construction and consecration. Its six concerts are shaped around four strands: vocal music by groups and soloists, artists from the surrounding counties, instrumental chamber music, and traditional and popular music. The series provides concert programs, ticket sales and passes, and information about current and past editions. It is jointly organized by La Secuita Town Council, the Archdiocese of Tarragona and the Parish of the Sacred Heart of Vistabella, with support from the Department of Culture and the Tarragona Provincial Council.
