Prime 9 Training

Prime 9 Training Center is a baseball and softball player development facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, serving athletes across a range of ages and skill levels. Its coaching focuses on fundamentals, consistency, confidence, and measurable progress through purposeful practice and game-speed execution. Athletes train in small groups of no more than four, receiving focused instruction alongside the motivation of their peers. The center developed the Prime 9 Program from more than 15 years of one-on-one coaching experience. Delivered through a mobile app, the program brings together drills, techniques, progressions, and coaching cues so athletes can continue training in the facility, at home, or at tournaments. Participants retain access to their trainers and training programs. Prime 9 emphasizes structured development and practical coaching designed to help players build skills and pursue their goals. The center reports that more than 100 athletes it has trained have gone on to play at the collegiate or professional level, and it offers scheduling flexibility for athletes and families.
