Prime Residence Bijeljina

Prime Residence is a rehabilitation, spa and residential development in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, designed to bring medical care, recovery and comfortable accommodation together in one location. Its concept draws inspiration from leading international rehabilitation centres, with an emphasis on dignity, safety and personalised care for children and adults.

The development includes 75 fully equipped, 35-square-metre luxury apartments, designed for privacy and accessible stays. The centre is planned to offer round-the-clock medical support, specialist doctors and physiotherapists, and individual rehabilitation plans for neurological conditions, post-operative recovery and sports injuries. Facilities include a rehabilitation hall equipped for robotic therapy, a mineral-thermal indoor pool, a hyperbaric chamber, a salt room, a sauna, a restaurant and café, and a landscaped outdoor recreation park.

Prime Residence also presents apartment ownership as an investment opportunity, with units offered for sale during construction. Located close to central Bijeljina, the project aims to combine contemporary rehabilitation services, wellness amenities and a calm residential environment for patients and their families.
