PRIME

The PRIME Program (Postural Restoration Integrative Multidisciplinary Engagement) is a specialized treatment program offered through the Hruska Clinic in Lincoln, Nebraska. It supports people with chronic, complex physical issues, particularly those involving imbalance, instability, posture, or movement that have been difficult to manage through traditional care. PRIME brings together professionals in physical therapy, optometry, podiatry, dentistry, and clinical integration, using Postural Restoration Institute theory to coordinate care and address contributing factors rather than focusing only on symptoms.

Each participant receives a plan tailored to their needs, with a dedicated case manager coordinating appointments and communication, including with a local physical therapist when appropriate. The process begins with an application; the team reviews each case and recommends next steps, which may include virtual consultation or an in-person visit in Lincoln. The program provides therapeutic activities and tools, such as orthotics, along with a roadmap for continued progress after the visit. Follow-up communication and virtual sessions may also be available.
