Primo Pinheiros is a high-end residential development in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo, at the corner of Rua Mourato Coelho and Rua Arthur de Azevedo. Designed as an exclusively residential project, it brings contemporary architecture together with classic elements and offers spacious homes rather than studio units. The development comprises one tower with 40 apartments, including three- and four-bedroom-suite layouts, gardens and a duplex, with private parking and select units offering storage.

Flexible floor plans, private entrance halls, generous living areas, natural light and infrastructure for air conditioning and home automation are among the listed features. Residents can enjoy a range of shared amenities, including pools, a fitness center, Pilates room, party and gourmet spaces, meeting room, children’s play areas, pet space and a wellness area with pools, saunas and massage facilities. The project credits PSA Arquitetura, Estúdio Obra Prima and Cenário Paisagismo, with specialist contributions to selected amenities.

Construction has begun, and delivery is projected for December 2027
