Principle Design & Construction is an Orange County design-build company led by founder and designer-builder Ojini Arzoumanian. The firm creates thoughtfully designed, functional interiors and guides clients through each stage of a renovation, from the initial consultation and planning to construction and finishing details. By bringing design and construction expertise together, Principle aims to make home projects feel clear and well coordinated, with a single point of contact for communication.

Its services include residential additions and remodeling, interior design, styling and accessorizing, and custom kitchen and bathroom projects. Additions are designed to complement a home’s existing features, while remodeling focuses on improving how spaces look, feel, and function. Kitchen and bath designs are tailored to clients’ tastes and everyday routines, and styling services use textures and selected accents to bring rooms together.

The company emphasizes careful planning, craftsmanship, quality, creativity, and attention to detail across projects of different sizes. Its portfolio features residential work, including projects named Crestview, Windsor, Temescal, and Eiffel Circle.
