Priority Ambulance

Priority Ambulance, a division of Priority OnDemand, provides emergency and non-emergency medical transportation across the United States. Its mission is to deliver exceptional care and make a meaningful difference for patients and communities. The company works with local governments, fire departments, EMS partners, and hospitals to build coordinated networks of care.

Services include 911 emergency response, basic and advanced life support transports, interfacility transfers, specialty care, bariatric and behavioral health transports, pediatric services, event standby, and wheelchair transportation. Priority Ambulance adapts its operating models to local needs, from integrating EMTs into fire stations to staffing ambulances with its own paramedics and EMTs.

Services are delivered through 22 brands across 15 states. Priority Ambulance says it preserves the identity, legacy, and culture of acquired ambulance companies while supporting them with national leadership, resources, and expertise. This approach combines local autonomy with broader organizational support. The company also offers careers and training opportunities, with roles spanning emergency response, vehicle readiness, and billing support.
