Priority One CPR & First Aid Training is a female-owned small business serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., and parts of Virginia. Founded by Southern Maryland resident Lori Stillwell, the company provides mobile, appointment-based lifesaving instruction, drawing on her more than 19 years as a certified Basic Life Support instructor and extensive experience in healthcare, emergency medical services, childcare, and pet care. Its mission is to make training accessible, affordable, and practical.

Priority One offers American Heart Association (AHA) and Health & Safety Institute (HSI) courses, including CPR and First Aid training, with initial certification, renewal, and skills-check options for many classes. Students can choose instructor-led classroom or blended learning formats, and instruction takes place at a client’s location or a mutually agreed public setting. Classes use hands-on practice with manikins and feedback devices, with small student-to-instructor ratios. The business also offers custom-created classes and collaborates on community programs, including a planned NARCAN/CPR/AED course and blended-learning Pet First Aid.
