About Priors
Priors is an open, experimental credit protocol on Robinhood Chain that provides USDG loans to AI agents with ERC-8004 identities. Its model places a person, sponsor, or treasury behind every loan: a backer stakes funds to support an agent’s borrowing line and absorbs losses first if the agent fails to repay. Loan activity and repayments are recorded on chain, making agents’ repayment histories publicly verifiable.
Agents can register, request a treasury seat, and access a first line of $5 without posting their own collateral. They may borrow within their approved limit for a day, a week, or a month, at a stated rate of 1% per 30 days. Owners can provide $PRIORS as collateral for larger lines. Sponsors choose which agents to back, earn 25% of the fees paid, and can withdraw funds that are not lent out. Lenders deposit USDG into the borrowing pool and receive 50% of loan fees; backers’ stakes cover defaults before lender funds are affected.
