PRISE Inc

PRISE is a social enterprise and workplace-integration organization based in Victoriaville, Québec. Founded in 1997 to address employment barriers facing young people in the region, it supports adults who have difficulty entering or remaining in the workforce. Its mission combines practical work experience with personalized guidance, helping participants build skills and develop their potential.

Through hands-on training in woodworking, employees in training receive support from instructors, facilitators, and trainers. In partnership with the Monseigneur-Côté adult education centre, PRISE also offers on-site teaching and access to recognized certification for skills developed during the program.

PRISE designs and sells locally made, durable products using recovered materials, reflecting its commitment to the circular economy. Its services include socioprofessional integration pathways, fundraising campaign requests, corporate project requests, and applications to become a distributor. The organization also works with regional businesses and community partners on projects, sponsorships, and collaborations. By connecting employment support, skills development, responsible production, and local partnerships, PRISE contributes to a more inclusive and sustainable community.
