Prisma-Dojo

PRISMA DOJO is the training space of PRISMA Zentrum für Bewegung, Beratung und Bildung GmbH, located in Leipzig’s Waldstraßenviertel. Queer-owned and committed to a respectful, discrimination-sensitive environment, the dojo offers martial arts and movement training for people of different bodies, identities and experience levels. Beginners are welcome, and participants can ask questions, take breaks and choose their intensity.

The programme includes Krav Maga and feminist self-defence, kickboxing, therapeutic boxing, no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu for FLINTA* participants, back fitness and mobility, and athletic conditioning. Training focuses on practical technique, strength, body awareness, confidence and personal agency, while emphasising consent, clear boundaries and mutual respect. PRISMA also offers one-to-one personal training tailored to goals such as technique, strength or regulation, as well as movement and creative activities for children and families.

Sessions take place in small groups, with support from a team bringing varied experiences and professional perspectives. PRISMA DOJO invites participants to build skills and find a training approach that suits their needs
