Mike Pritula Academy is an online learning platform focused on human resources, recruitment, and artificial intelligence. Founded by HR professional Mike Pritula, the academy has served more than 170,000 students across 185 countries since 2012. Its catalog offers over 185 courses covering HR management, recruiting, people operations, analytics, employer branding, business leadership, and practical AI applications. Learners can follow role-based pathways for positions such as HR Director, HR Business Partner, recruiter, HR Generalist, and People Partner, or study individual topics at their own pace.

An annual individual subscription costs $1,000 and provides 12 months of access to more than 175 courses, with new content added regularly. A team subscription costs $2,500 per year for up to 10 people and gives each participant access to the course library. Some certification programs, including SHRM, PHRi, and SPHRi preparation, are offered separately and are not included in the subscription. Courses are available online and through mobile apps, with lessons, presentations, assignments, and shareable Accredible diplomas.
