Private Cooking by Sven Trachsler brings restaurant-quality dining and tailored hospitality into private homes, business settings and travel. Led by chef Sven Trachsler, whose gastronomic career began in 1985, the brand draws on decades of experience in chef and leadership roles, including work in luxury restaurants, five-star hotels and hospitality management. Chef Patric Aeberhard, with a 25-year career as a head chef, also contributes his international culinary expertise.
Sven and his qualified team create bespoke menus shaped around guests’ tastes and occasions, transforming a client’s kitchen into a private restaurant. Services include private dining for family and friends, business meals and events, as well as cooking while travelling internationally. The wider hospitality offering covers household management, menu, wine and nutritional advice, staff recruitment and delivery services.
For groups of up to around 30 people, the team provides event management, team-building activities, exclusive chef classes and outdoor experiences. With an emphasis on creativity, carefully selected ingredients, discretion and personal service, Private Cooking aims to make meals memorable experiences that bring people together.
