Private Nanny is a professional, family-focused childcare service providing bespoke in-home care across Chesterfield, Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands. Led by Natalie and supported by Laura, the service offers experienced, personal care designed around each family’s home, routines and commitments. Its approach combines practical support with a strong emphasis on children’s wellbeing, privacy and continuity.

Services include household nanny care for daily routines and activities; newborn and new-parent support during recovery and early family life; proxy parenting when parents are away; temporary part-time or full-time care; and hotel nanny services for visitors to the East Midlands. Private Nanny also provides childcare for events and weddings, with a dedicated specialist wedding service.

Unlike an agency or platform, Private Nanny describes itself as a direct service, with care delivered personally by its experienced nannies rather than rotating staff. The team highlights its enhanced DBS certification, insurance coverage, safeguarding and paediatric first-aid training, alongside a commitment to confidentiality and discretion. Families can contact the team to discuss tailored support and scheduling.
