BARMM Parliament PRLS, or Policy Research and Legal Services, is an essential component of the Secretariat that supports the Bangsamoro Parliament. Their goal is to provide the Parliament Members with efficient administrative and technical assistance, enabling them to effectively carry out their legislative tasks. The Secretariat is led by the Secretary General, who is supported by various departments and divisions, including PRLS.

PRLS, under the supervision of the Office of the Service Director (OSD), oversees the management operations, organizes mandate-relevant activities, and evaluates the works of the divisions. They also facilitate legislative workshops and establish partnerships with stakeholders. PRLS has two divisions that specialize in specific areas of focus.

The Legislative Research Division conducts comprehensive research and produces various legislative papers, while the Legislative Measures and Legal Assistance Division handles legal reviews, opinions, and provides legal assistance on Parliament-related issues. PRLS is committed to igniting a culture of research and enhancing legal assistance for the betterment of the Bangsamoro Parliament.
