ПРО-МЕНЮ is a Ukrainian cloud-based service for managing food provision in schools and kindergartens. It helps education providers plan menus, track actual meals, manage product stocks and prepare reports in one system. Users can build four-week menu schedules from a library of more than 800 dishes, adjust recipes and serving sizes, and check available stock while planning. The service supports supply requests, multiple warehouses and automatic product write-offs using the FIFO method, as well as forecasting product needs with seasonal factors.

ПРО-МЕНЮ provides more than 20 report types, including stock and product movement records, meal-cost calculations, menu and nutrition analysis, and reports on compliance with Ukrainian government nutrition standards. Reports can be downloaded in PDF, XLS and Word formats. Dedicated features support meal recipients, portion orders and attendance records.

The service is designed for individual institutions and education departments, with access for relevant staff and tools for managing subordinate accounts. It offers cloud data storage, support and online consultations.
