Probha Aurora is a climate-sensitive youth-focused social enterprise in Bangladesh, dedicated to transforming teenagers and young adults into climate-conscious individuals with strong moral values and ethical behaviors. Our mission is to empower young people to respond to environmental and climate change issues in both local and global contexts. We provide sustainable life skills, career-building opportunities, equitable access to digital technologies and resources, and connect them with environment and climate change networks.

At Probha Aurora, we prioritize environmental protection and climate focus in all our activities. We operate in the international arena, not just in Bangladesh, and value personal experiences and skills in our teams. Our commitment to integrity, information, data, and the capacity of teenagers and young adults drives us forward. We work within the law, uphold humanitarian values, and promote gender equity and equality. We also address the digital divide and ensure social accountability.

Our key activities include creating awareness on climate change, building ethical and moral values in young people, and engaging them in action-based learning. We aim to become role models by setting examples in tackling climate change, ethical issues, and moral values. In addition, we strive to unlock sustainability in the hospitality industry by training young adults to work sustainably in hotels, restaurants, and other similar sectors.

Through leadership stories and various activities, we encourage teenagers and young adults to make a positive impact on their communities and work towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We showcase individuals who are leading the way in climate change, and we create one-minute videos to educate and inspire adolescents and young adults about environmental protection.
