Proctor Place

Proctor Place is a renowned Life Care retirement community that has been catering to the Peoria area since 1906. Founded by John C. Proctor, a respected philanthropist in Peoria, the original Proctor Home was situated on Spring Street before being relocated to its current location on Reservoir Boulevard in 1976.

As a not-for-profit organization, Proctor Place operates in accordance with Mr. Proctor's Last Will and Testament and is governed by the Trustees of the John C. Proctor Endowment.
