Der Verein wurde gegründet, um den Tierschutzgedanken innerhalb Deutschlands und Europas zu vertreten und zu fördern und speziell gegen das Elend der Hunde in Rumänien anzukämpfen. In einem Land wie Rumänien, in dem der Tierschutz noch in den Kinderschuhen steckt bzw. gar nicht vorhanden ist, haben wir uns zum Ziel gesetzt, diesen Missständen entgegen zu treten.
