The Produce Patch is a family-owned farm and market that has been providing top-quality produce since 1995. Founded by Marvin and Amy, who have a lifetime of experience in agriculture, The Produce Patch is dedicated to offering the freshest fruits and vegetables to their customers. Amy's roots in a 3rd generation produce farm in Southeastern Ohio have given her a wealth of knowledge in growing and selling a variety of produce.
Marvin, on the other hand, grew up on a swine and row crop farm in Indiana and has extensive experience in planting and caring for gardens. At The Produce Patch, they prioritize sustainable farming practices and use both organic and conventional methods to grow their produce. They believe in using minimal tillage to preserve the soil and plant cover crops to prevent erosion and enhance plant growth.
Their vegetables are non-GMO and grown following federal food safety standards. The Produce Patch offers a wide range of products, including sweet corn, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and many other fresh fruits and vegetables. With six farm markets, a flower business, a turkey operation, and a family grain farm, The Produce Patch is deeply committed to their agricultural heritage and values.
