Fundación Proyecto Emprender (PROEM) is a non-profit organization established in 2003 that aims to support vulnerable populations in their training and job insertion process. Through collaboration with donors, volunteers, and businesses, we offer programs to help individuals acquire the necessary skills for employment, either as employees or self-employed. We believe that providing dignified work is crucial for societal well-being, and education plays a fundamental role in achieving this goal.

Over the past 20 years, PROEM has assisted over 15,000 individuals, provided technical assistance, and facilitated interest-free microcredits. We have expanded our presence to over 30 municipalities and nationwide virtually. Collaborating with international organizations and corporations like United Way and Basf, we focus on fostering community welfare through public-private partnerships.

Our current initiatives include online training programs in software testing and. net programming, supporting youth in the IT sector, and empowering entrepreneurs for sustainable growth.
