Cicor’s Suhl site in Germany is an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) partner with more than 30 years of experience designing and producing electronic solutions. Located in central Germany, the facility employs around 100 people and manufactures more than 500 different assemblies each year. Its integrated services support customers from product development through series production and final assembly.

The team develops electronic assemblies and devices, including circuit diagrams, 3D layouts, design optimisation and prototypes. Manufacturing capabilities include automated surface-mount and through-hole PCB assembly, precision soldering, protective coating and potting. Cicor Suhl also provides test engineering, with customised systems and procedures such as in-circuit, functional, optical and X-ray inspection. Its box-building services bring components together into complete modules, devices and systems, including power electronics for charging and drive applications.

Quality is supported by documented testing, traceability and modern production technology. The site holds ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certifications, and its photovoltaic plant supplies two-thirds of its power consumption.
