Profity, an offering from adfocus GmbH, is a network of online shops and e-commerce companies in Switzerland, providing customers with vouchers and special offers as a gesture of appreciation. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the customers referred by Partnershops to request vouchers on the Profity website. Vouchers are limited and non-transferable, and customers must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address to request them.
Upon availability, customers can select and order special offers, also subject to limited availability and specific terms. Profity also offers its customers the opportunity to participate in contests and manage their vouchers through a free user account on the Profity-Wallet. Customers can be excluded from using the platform in case of misuse.
All of this is governed by Swiss law, and any changes to the terms and conditions will be duly communicated to customers
