PROGRAMATA | Sofia

Programata is a free, twice-monthly cultural guide covering selected events in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Pleven and Ruse. Published by HiEnd Publishing, the brand helps audiences discover what is happening across Bulgaria’s cultural scene, with practical listings and editorial coverage organized by topic and city.

Its website features information on films, cinema premieres and festivals, as well as theatre, opera, dance, concerts, classical and folk music, exhibitions, museums, galleries and literature. Dedicated sections for children and city life broaden the guide beyond event schedules. Visitors can explore current recommendations, browse articles and find news about performances, screenings, concerts, exhibitions, books and cultural festivals. Programata also publishes interviews and features about artists, creative practices and urban culture, alongside coverage of notable events and venues. By bringing event information and cultural stories together in one accessible resource, Programata serves readers seeking ideas for arts and entertainment across several Bulgarian cities. Its content spans both established cultural forms and contemporary artistic activity.
