DigiSTAR is a digital-skills training project delivered by Centrul de Consultanță și Studii Europene SRL (CCSE), a Romanian provider of professional training, information and guidance services, with experience in employment mediation. The project offers structured digital competencies by skill level for employees in the South-East and North-West regions of Romania. Its courses are intended for 602 employed participants, who can register online through the project website.

Its total value is 4,918,759.62 lei, including 4,672,821.70 lei in funding through the Education and Employment Programme and eligible co-financing of 245,937.92 lei from the beneficiary.
