Established in 2015, this non-profit organization offers various opportunities to these young individuals, providing them with a gateway to jumpstart their journey in the shipping industry. Project Connect facilitates the sharing of resources, providing professional assistance where needed.
They have successfully placed over 50 candidates in shipping companies through their online CV Database, which is the first of its kind in the shipping industry. By collaborating with like-minded associations and influential individuals, Project Connect contributes to the cultivation of Greece's next generation workforce. Additionally, they are committed to enhancing youth employability by offering internships and placements in ship operations departments and vessels, allowing candidates to absorb expert knowledge and experiences from experienced professionals.
