Project Crown is a community-driven initiative operated by Project Crown LLC that aims to bring back the classic Realm Royale experience. The fan-made project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hi-Rez Studios. It provides access to community-hosted private servers, allowing players to queue up and play again, along with a lightweight launcher that manages installation and game patching. The launcher makes getting started straightforward, while the project’s shared Discord serves as its main hub for announcements, download links, troubleshooting, server updates, and coordination.

Players can begin by downloading the launcher, joining Discord, and launching the game after installation and patching. Project Crown is free to use. The community also welcomes contributions, including running servers, testing builds, and writing documentation, with guidance shared through Discord. By combining fan-run servers, practical launcher tools, and community support, Project Crown offers former Realm Royale players a way to reconnect with the game and with one another. Latest links and updates are provided through its Discord community.
