Project Felicia is a creative company in Japan that explores the possibilities of fragrance and its power to enrich people’s lives. Its vision is to nurture emotional well-being through scent and contribute to a more connected, sustainable society. Drawing on both tradition and innovation, the company creates memorable fragrance experiences and develops new value through scent.

Project Felicia offers services across three areas. Brand Creation develops brands and products shaped by fragrance. Experiential Design uses scent to design spaces and moments, creating experiences that stay in people’s memories. Strategic Partnerships brings collaborators together to create new value through fragrance. The company also provides fragrance-focused events, marketing, and consulting, creating opportunities for scent to engage people’s emotions and memories.

Its work includes producing the world’s first incense made with cacao husks as an original equipment manufacturing project. Project Felicia has also received an OMOTENASHI Selection award and has launched fragrance workshops at its Ginza salon.
